Important: Each real-world prize promotion must have its own specific Official Rules before entries begin. The specific Official Rules control if they differ from this general information.

Core rule for chance-based prizes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY for chance-based real-world prize promotions.

Unless a promotion's lawful structure expressly provides otherwise after appropriate review:

• Buying merchandise will not be required to enter a chance-based prize promotion.
• Buying merchandise will not automatically improve a participant's odds.
• Kind-ly Coins may not be used to purchase chances for real-world prizes.
• Holding more Kind-ly Coins will not improve real-world prize odds.
• Paid digital items, if ever introduced in a future app release, must remain separate from chance-based real-world prizes.

Kind-ly Verse Adventures or RSVPs may separately award disclosed virtual rewards such as Kind-ly Coins, badges, progress, or approved in-app items without changing the odds of a real-world prize.

What the Official Rules for each promotion should state

A promotion's specific Official Rules should identify, as applicable:

• Promotion name and sponsor/contact
• Start and end date/time and time zone
• Geographic eligibility
• Minimum age
• Free method of entry
• Entry limits
• Prize description and approximate value
• Winner-selection method and timing
• Odds or how odds depend on eligible entries
• Winner contact and response deadline
• Verification requirements
• Alternate-winner procedure
• Restrictions and disqualification rules
• Privacy and record-retention terms
• Publicity terms where legally permitted
• Tax responsibility
• Dispute/governing-law terms
• Where prohibited/void terms
• How to obtain results when required

Eligibility and conduct

Kind-ly Verse itself is intended for ages 13+, but an individual promotion may require participants to be older.

App availability in a location does not automatically make every promotion available there. Each promotion's Official Rules will identify the eligible region.

Fraud, bots, fake identities, duplicate manipulation, tampering, impersonation, or other misuse may result in disqualification when permitted by the specific Official Rules and applicable law.

Before a promotion opens

Before entries begin, Sweetz Apparel should confirm the promotion's legal/policy review, free-entry method, eligibility, prize, timing, limits, duplicate protections, winner audit trail, notification procedure, data handling, and applicable platform requirements, and then publish the promotion's specific Official Rules.
