Kind-ly Verse is designed to let you request deletion of your identifiable app data or account/profile without needing to reinstall the app.

How to request deletion

Email sweetztalk1@gmail.com with the subject:

Kind-ly Verse Data Deletion Request

Include enough non-sensitive information for us to locate the relevant profile, account, or content. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing the request so that another person cannot improperly delete your information.

Do not send passwords, Sparkle Key secrets, authentication secrets, private keys, payment information, or other sensitive security information.

What you may request to delete

Where applicable to your use of Kind-ly Verse, a deletion request may cover:

• Guest or Sparkle Key profile information
• Saved progress
• Kind-ly Coin balances and history
• Store ownership/history and equipped rewards
• Passport and badges
• Game and Garden progress
• Adventures and RSVP information
• Preferences
• Notification subscription information
• Smile Wall posts
• Messages
• Shared characters, songs, images, or other creations
• Other content linked to the identifiable profile

Where the app provides a direct delete control for your own content, you may also use that in-app control.

Notification subscriptions associated with the deleted profile should be disabled or removed where applicable.

Information that may be retained

Some limited records may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud or abuse prevention, security, disputes, enforcement, or another legitimate and disclosed purpose.

Records connected to a separate raffle, event, or promotion may also be subject to the retention terms stated in that promotion's rules or applicable law.
