Kind-ly Verse is built around kindness, creativity, play, and community. These standards apply wherever people can post, message, share, name, upload, create, or interact with others in Kind-ly Verse, including Smile Wall posts, messages, display names, images, shared characters or songs, creative submissions, and event-related interactions.

Be kind and respectful

Do not use Kind-ly Verse for:

• Bullying, harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or repeated targeted disruption
• Hate, discrimination, or dehumanizing attacks based on a protected or personal characteristic
• Sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors
• Instructions or encouragement for dangerous illegal activity
• Scams, phishing, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive schemes
• Sharing another person's sensitive or private information without permission
• Spam, automated abuse, moderation evasion, or system misuse
• Content that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights
• Other conduct that creates a serious safety, legal, or community risk

Protect private information

Do not publicly post passwords, Sparkle Key secrets, authentication information, precise home addresses, private phone numbers, payment information, government identifiers, or another person's private information.

Only upload or share content that you have the right to use.

Reporting, blocking, and deleting content

Kind-ly Verse is intended to provide:

• In-app reporting for community content or behavior
• User blocking where person-to-person interaction exists
• The ability to delete your own content where the feature supports it
• A way to contact Sweetz Apparel about serious safety or moderation concerns

Enforcement

Sweetz Apparel may review reports and may remove content, warn or restrict users, limit features, suspend profiles, or permanently remove access for serious or repeated violations.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, history, immediate risk, platform safety, and applicable law.

Attempts to evade a restriction or suspension may result in additional enforcement.
